Nancy Wachter, E-RYT 200, RYT 500 - Instructor

I have been practicing yoga since 1999. I am passionate about sharing with others all the great benefits that practicing yoga can provide for mind, body, and spirit. I was certified at the 500-hour level at yama studio in Baltimore. My style is gentle and restorative, but can sometimes be challenging. By connecting breath with movement, unifying body, mind, and spirit, I aim to bring each student to an enhanced sense of grounding and compassion. I have trained with Gary Kraftsow, author of “Yoga for Wellness.” In addition, I have completed certification in Ayurveda Wellness Coaching and Meditation Facilitation. My particular focus is on working with people who have experienced loss, who are experiencing anxiety or stress, or who are being challenged by life-altering illness.

I am a registered with the Yoga Alliance.
